August 27, 2018 Strange things happening inside the last day at the   Herberger Fargo, ND  store. Two men fighting over  a  woman's dress. Women paying for  bikinis then later  founding out price were down  asking for price  they heard had gone down. Funny thing these people you don't expect to see them in a  bikinis or in a dress.
