Attention City Of Moorhead something needs to be done for pedestrians trying to cross the street on 8 South and 2th Avenue south. Yesterday around 5:20 pm others and I had a very hard time getting to the other side because of high traffic fast car drivers trying to get to the corner of Main ave lights. Now I haven't been to Piedras Negras since 2005 but that year someone else and I were shopping and had to walk because stores were in the same streets but we had a very hard time crossing streets because in Piedras Negras car drivers don't even slow down at all for pedestrians its as if people who walk or bike don't have rights.
