February 20, 2019 Today before coming to Moorhead library at my apt i was having a hard time opening a bottle of Lipton diet green tea. I got into the internet just going here and there when i saw a Dr Bruce Lipton and I checked out a bit of what he peaches and didn't agree with what he was saying. "why the rich stays rich and the poor stays poor. " now excused my language growing up i never talked this way would get in trouble with any member  of the family when I  had my children I was glad i was raised that way bad language I learned along the way. 
This is all bull shit but as far as i can remembered there has always been people who will try to  sell you something just like the movie the Tin Men.  Now this is real  I can tell Bruce what repeats and i just knew him today on the internet. His wife name is Margareta= Margaret he was born in 1944 he went to school at University of Virginia.

 February 21, 2019  Now  yesterday this also happened I was looking for a paper and i found  this   book that I used to have but it was the old hard copy i had bought at the Crystal City Memorial library when they were having a book sale.  One day i forget  it and left it  Connie's car. Days after she was sewing  at her home i asked her for  the book  she kept saying it was on her  bedroom closet I told her I couldn't find  it  but she acted busy and never got up to give me my old book. I figured she want to keep it for herself because she never gave it back to me. this  book i saw yesterday is the new paperback cover 'The Magic Power Of Your Mind' is the title i think this book is the mother of other books that have been written about subconscious what Bruce is talking about but i disagreed with him an later i will write why i do .      

Bruce says that if you start saying you are happy many times you will be happy because you will convince yourself  and become happy by repeating it.  I am happy I am happy I am happy.  See nothing happened. I am rich I am rich I am rich. I think I am still lonely and poor and only called when I am needed.         I can give you many reasons why it doesn't work for everyone  and i can give you reasons why it can work for some and why it works for him. He was born a white man a very good head start.
