 Not sure what year but it might have been in the nineties a white poor  woman and her family  made their home  in  Crystal City. She so much liked the Hippie days that she named one of her daughters Stormy  another  one  Brandy. I knew Brandy  a bit more i used to cut her hair.  She and daughter  worked at the Oasis restaurant.  Not sure but i think they still live  in  Crystal City.
